nichts dergleichen zu finden. bzgl. AddType gibt es nur folgende Einträge:

AddType allows you to add to or override the MIME configuration

file mime.types for specific file types.

#AddType application/x-tar .tgz

If the AddEncoding directives above are commented-out, then you

probably should define those extensions to indicate media types:

AddType application/x-compress .Z
AddType application/x-gzip .gz .tgz

alle auskommentiert.

Bzw. was genau meinst Du mit "als UTF-8" ausgeliefert? Siehst Du statt Umlauten 2 Zeichen? Wenn das der Fall ist, dann liefert der Apache als Charset im Content-Type durchaus latin1, allerdings sind Deine Dokumente als UTF-8 gespeichert - und dafür kann der Apache nichts...

Wenn ich im Mozilla STRG-I drücke bekomme ich folgendes angezeigt:

oben steht:
Kodierung: UTF-8

und unten bei den Metas:
Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

Die identische Seite Online (Win2k + IIS) (http://www.acridaudio.de/index.cfm) hat folgende werte:
