Jetzt hab ich etwas Interessantes auf der Seite vom Computer History Museum entdeckt.
Da steht unter Copyright :
" In the case of imagery obtained from this site, and used only as permitted above, images may be copied or distributed provided each and every such image bears the following credit line: "Image courtesy of Computer History Museum." This credit line must appear along either the vertical or horizontal margin of said image(s) or in a List of Illustrations or Table of Figures within the same document in which they are used. " [...]
Bin ich rechtlich abgesichert, wenn ich, um beim vorher genannten Beispiel zu bleiben, das Foto von Paul Baran verwende und das geforderte "Image courtesy of Computer History Museum." dazuschreibe?
Der Betreiber dieses Webangebotes hat das Foto ja sicher auch nicht selbst gemacht ... es ist das selbe wie auf 1000 anderen Webseiten.
Bin noch immer nicht schlauer. :-(
