Problem:
schlanke scharze Schift wird in IE8 mit Breite 3 px und nicht schwarz, sondern Farbmischungspixeln gezeigt, so dass die Schrift blassgrau wirkt und nicht gestochen scharf reines Schwarz
Herzlichen Glückwunsch, du hast ein Feature namens ClearType gefunden :-)
Weiteres dazu, und wie man es abschaltet bzw. ggf. "fine-tuned", findest du mit dem Stichwort bestimmt selber.
