Ich wüsste im Moment nicht wie. Zusätzliche Elemente zählen nicht, Abmessungen auch nicht, before und after vielleicht, margin-right: 100% hat komische Nebenwirkungen.
:after mit Zeilenumbruch (\A) als content, und white-space:pre.
