CGI: method POST is not allowed !??

Hallo an Alle!

Ich möchte daß ein Formular mit <method="POST"  aktion="http://.../cgi-bin/wwwboard.pl.>
abgesendet wird.  Nachdem Absenden bekommt man aber immer die Meldung:

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /.../cgi-bin/wwwboard.pl.

Kann mir jemand sagen ob ich etwas falsch mache, oder der Server hat da Probleme?
