ppm install http://www.activestate.com/PPMPackages/5.005/zips/dbi.zip
Ich habe noch nicht probiert, ob die obige Syntax funzt, weil ppm help das nicht direkt hergibt :-)
Was aber bei mir funktioniert, ist zB.: ppm install PACKAGE, also nur das Package selbst anzugeben (das Repository kann man mit 'ppm set repository NAME URL' einstellen)
