#exec cmd will nicht richtig

Hi,
eins vorweg: ich bin absoluter neuling auf dem Gebiet. Ich möchte das man meinen GameServer per webinterface ganz einfach starten kann. Drum habe ich mich kurz erkundigt und ganz simpel folgende shtml site erstellt:

also rückgabe kommt allerdings nur ein Haufen Fehler:
