<hr> einfärben

hi

ich möchte eine <hr>linie via css einfären (habe netscape),
mit color:; geht's nit und mit border-color:; auch nit. Was gehört dazu?

Netscape 4 -> geht nicht
MSIE -> color
alle anderen (Mozilla, Opera, Netscape 6/7..) -> background-color
