Das it ja mein Prob. er macht immer ein neues Browser fenter auf !
Obwohl der link eigendlich im Fraem aufgehn müsste !

ar falsch gepostet ich hasse solche foren ~~
nochmal:
hast dem frame im frameset einen namen gegeben?...
wenn nein, dann mach es :)
und dann beim link einfach bevor du </a> schreibst target="framename"
.......das sollt helfen ~~
