Netscape 4.7 formatiert Texte des Css files nicht sauber

HAllo, (ich bins schon wieder)
Ich habe ein Problem mit Netscape 4.75 er zeigt mir die überschrift 3 und 4 nicht an andere formatierungen und überschriften funktionieren
