How to change chmod in windows?

hi there I have installed kf Web Server version 1.0.6
(www.keyfocus.net). How can I use the chmod command? How can I set
the permissions for the different users?

Windows has no chmod command. Windows (XP and 2000) has another way
of file permissions, and chmod is a UNIX/Linux command to set file
permissions. See e.g. http://www.nyu.edu/webguide/permissions.html for
an explanation.

How can I set chmod 777 to a certain direcotry?

Probably the concerned directory has already the right permissions.
