Du kannst in der Conig-Datei von phpMyAdmin einstellen, dass
man sich vorher einloggen muss
suche nach dieser Zeile (bei Dir wird nicht http stehen!!!):
$cfgServers[1]['auth_type']     = 'http';     // Authentication method (config, http or cookie based)?
