Kann DBI-Modul nicht installieren

Hallo,

ich versuche, das DBI-Modul zu installieren:

"ppm install DBI.ppd"

Fehlermeldung:
"Error: no suitable installation target found for package DBI."

System:
WinXP
ActivePerl 5.8.0
Perl auf C:\Programme\Perl

Quelle DBI:
http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/5xx-builds-only/
("Download DBI.zip")

Die Probe, andere Module zu installieren, schlägt genauso fehl.

Wer kann helfen ?
