Da gehört ein "&" hin statt einem "&"...
echo "<div id="statistik"><a href="spieler.php?id=32$art=2" target="_self">Statistik</a></div>"; // von hier aus erfolgt der fehlerhafte Aufruf!!
Und hier erst Recht! Du hast da ein "$"!!!
