RADIO BUTTON gibt kein wert zurück?

Hallo,

gehe einen Schritt zurück:

alert(document.Formular.URL_NAME.value);
alert(document.Formular.URL.value);
alert(document.Formular.RADIO.value);

alert(document.Formular.URL_NAME);
alert(document.Formular.URL);
alert(document.Formular.RADIO);

geht nicht, dabei kommt überall [object]
ich will aber die werte haben!
z.B.
Bei
alert(document.Formular.URL_NAME.value);
Kommt GOOGLE wenn Benutzer GOOGLE eingegeben hat.
