Ich habe folgendes CSS geschrieben:
body       { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; background-color:#FFFFFF; background-image:url(Images/Logo_bg.gif); background-repeat:no-repeat; margin:30px;}
h1         { font-family:Arial Black; font-size:20pt; text-align:center }
h2         { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; text-align:center }
h3         { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; text-align:center }
p          { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; }
a:link     { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; text-decoration:none; color:blue }
a:visited  { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; text-decoration:none; color:blue }
a:active   { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; text-decoration:none; color:red }
a:hover    { font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt; text-decoration:underline; color:red; font-weight:bold; }

Nun  ... Es wird nirgens ein £Hintergrund dargestelle. Die anderen (h1/h2/h3/p/...) funktionieren.
Wo liegt der "Hund" ?
