bei mir sieht das so aus:

Order deny,allow

ErrorDocument 404 /errors/404.html
ErrorDocument 401 /errors/401.html
ErrorDocument 403 /errors/403.html
ErrorDocument 500 /errors/500.html

Was auch nocht sehr lustig ist, ist folgendes einzufügen:
Deny from .aol.com
Deny from .aol.de
ErrorDocument 403 /errors/noaol.html
Allow from *
