Wie mache ich bitte dass Apache jedem User eine
maximale geschwindigkeit von 1 KB / sec gibt fürs
downloaden von Daten (HTML, Bilder, Files, etc...)
Ich dachte du kennst das Teil schon laenger, das
geht mit mod_throttle allerdings nur Global.
