Wie kann ich die nervige Tripod Werbung umgehen?

Ich habe da noch eine E-Mail bekommen, die ich mir nicht erklären kann. Ich habe niemandem mit der E-Mail Adresse [e-mail] eine E-Mail geschickt. Da bin ich mir 100% sicher. Dennoch habe ich diese Mail bekommen:

Ich weiß nicht so richtig wie ich das deuten soll. Verschickt da jemand in meinem Namen Spam oder Viren? Ich habe das mal encodet aber da kammen auch nur wirre Zeichen dabei raus. Kann mir da eventuell einer mehr darüber sagen?
