Guestbook ohne PHP

Ich habs eben mit dem Verzeichnis cgi-bin probiert, dann kommt das:

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /magnus_warez/cgi-bin/guestbook.pl

Apache/1.3.26 Server at home.arcor.de Port 80

Was bedeutet das?

sorry mein englisch naja...

war das Verzeichnis schon da, oder hast du das angelegt?
hat die datei auch ausführrechte?

also CHMOD 7xx ?
