Horizontales Drop Down Menü erstellen?

zufällig habe ich da was zur Hand: http://de.selfhtml.org/css/layouts/navigationsleisten.htm. ;-) Funktioniert aber nur in "richtigen" Browsern.

Wenn ich ihn aufrufe kommt bei mir das hier:
