Die Technik wie ich einen Link mache ist klar aber aber was ich will schaut ungefaehr

Ohne http://de.selfhtml.org/css/eigenschaften/positionierung.htm#min_width@title=min-width kannst du dieses Resultat nicht erreichen. „Ohne“ deshalb, weil der IE diese Eigenschaft nicht kennt.
Ob du nicht doch eine Tabelle nehmen möchtest, ist deine Entscheidung.
