[…] bei meinem Provider stehen für den Downstream 1024 Kb/s und für den Upstream 16 Kb/s zur Verfügung.
Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden: 128 KByte/s beim Downstream und 16 KByte/s beim Upstream.
