naja, die kennen halt nur den Quirks-Mode ... :-)
Und das ist der Grund, weshalb sich dieser durchaus anbieten kann, wenn man nämlich schlicht alle IE über einen Kamm schert, statt zwischen alten und neueren Seuchen zu unterscheiden.
Wobei dir beim IE7 keine Wahl mehr bleibt. (Zumindest ist mir nicht bekannt, wie dort der Quirksmodus ausgelöst werden könnte.)
