Problem mit Weiterleitung mit htaccess

dass wenn ich http://localhost/test  aufrufe, http://localhost/test/index.php   kommt.

Dazu brauchst du keine "Weiterleitung". Dazu mußt du lediglich deine index.php als Standarddokument festlegen:
  DirectoryIndex index.php
