sonst noch ne idee?
auch wenn du die Fehlermeldung nicht siehst, glaub mir, es wird dein Problem sein. Vor einem header-Befehl darf keinerlei Ausgabe stehen, also nichts vor <?php und keinerlei echo o.ä.
