["page-topic"] dient dem Namen nach wohl lediglich der Kategorisierung/Einordnung des Inhaltes,
Ist dafür nicht "keywords" da?
Vermutlich schon, aber das hält manche Suchmaschinen ja mitunter nicht davon ab, eigene „Anforderungen“ zu definieren.
