That's not true. Firefox supports WebM/VP9 and Ogg Theora Vorbis (the Codec you are refering to as OGV) out of the box and MP4/H.264 if the OS supplies decoding capabilities (which is the case for most modern installations).
Das stimmt nicht. Firefox unterstützt WebM/VP9 und Ogg Theora Vorbis (dass du OGV nennst) von Haus aus und MP4/H.264 wenn das OS die notwendigen Decoder-Bibliotheken mitbringt (das ist bei den meisten modernen Installationen der Fall).

WebM/VP9 is supported by IE only via add-on/plugin, Ogg Theora Vorbis isn't supported at all. MP4/H.264 is supported out of the box.
WebM/VP9 wird vom IE nur durch ein Addon/Plugin unterstützt, Ogg Theora Vorbis wird gar nicht unterstützt. MP4/H.264 wird von Haus aus unterstützt.
