Link soll öffnen im <div> namens "Information"!

Hi. Wie öffne ich mit Link namens Kontakt ein externe WebSeite namens Kontakt.html in dem <div> namens "Information" ?

Sollte eigentlich funktionieren, ich hab alles richtig gemacht, aber will nicht. Sondern öffnet die Seite extern.
