Ist folgendes korrekt für die Zentrierung von Text und Tabelle?
Ja.
Die Frage ist, ob es sinnvoll ist, Text zu zentrieren, weil schlechter lesbar. Aber für gewisse kurze Texte ist Zentrierung auch OK.
