wir hatten dieses thema zwar schon, aber trotzdem hier die antwort:

paramterübergabe funtioniert nur über 'include'
<!--#include virtual "/location/file.cgi?seite"-->
ist für absolute pfadangaben, oder über
<!--#include file".......
für relative pfadangaben

(weiss nicht ob die syntax zu 100% richtig ist)
