Wie einen Frame zentrieren ( in der Mitte des Bildschirms ) ?

Hallo Ihr,

wie schaffe ich es das ich einen Frame perfekt
zentriert habe ?

Nur leider zeigt er immer die Frames MIT BORDERN an..genau
das soll nicht sein.

Any Ideas ?
