was du suchst könnte SSI sein (http://www.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_include.html).
Du kannst auch einfach ein CGI-Script aufrufen, als wäre es eine
HTML-Seite (http://host.domain.tld/cgi-bin/script.pl).
