ein Textfeld in einer Form in einem DIV - Tag

gehts nicht mit <Input type="text" name="Fecha" id="text">
document.all.Layer1.SendDate.Fecha oder document.all.Layer1.text ???

IE-Meldung:
1)document.all.Layer1.SendDate.Fecha is not an object

2)document.all.Layer1.text kann nicht gehen weil ich mehr als nur
ein Formular habe und mehr Textfelder
