netscape Seitenrand einstellen

Hallo,
ich habe eine Seite in der oben eine Tabelle (mit einem Form) steht. Diese soll ohne oberen Rand einegfügt werden.

..margin im Body tut beim IE, jedoch nicht beim Netscape.

Über Body Stylesheets schaffe ich es auch nicht.
