Ich will eine Homepage mit php erstellen,welche ungefähr so ausehen sollte:

1.)Frage:Ich kann ihn das dann als includeDatei einsetzen wo ich will?

Ich hab keinen Webserver mit dem ich die Seite anschauen kann.(wo gibts einen GRATIS webserver zum DOWNLOAD?)
Kann mir wer sagen ober der Quell text ungefähr passt
