Mit welchen CSS / HTML - Befehl bekomm ich ein Link mit Hovereffekt für eine ganze Tabellenzeile ?

td:hover ..ups, das kann ja der MSIE gar nicht... also so:
onmouseover="this.style.backgroundColor='red';" onmouseout="this.style.backgroundColor='transparent';"
