Farbe der Untersteichung

Hallo Forum,

ich habe folgende CSS- Formatierung:

a.oben:link {color : #F8F8F8; text-decoration: none }
a.oben:visited {color : #F8F8F8; text-decoration: none }
a.oben:active {color : #F8F8F8; text-decoration: none }
a.oben:hover {color: #315273; text-decoration: underline overline }.

Wie kann ich bei "hover" der "underline" und der "overline" eine andere Farbe zuordnen?
