Ich versuche gerade meine erste Homepage zu erstellen und hab folgende Startseite/Layout entworfen:

1)Warum wird die Scrollbasecolorfarbe nicht angezeigt???(siehe Quelltext)
2)Warum ändert ist die Farbe von Willkommen nicht anders->hier meine fonts.css:
