ErrorDocument 401 http://xyz.de - funzt nicht

Hallo zusammen,

vielleicht hatte einer auch schon einmal dieses Problem:
ErrorDocument 403 http://xyz.de - funzt
ErrorDocument 401 http://xyz.de - funzt nicht (?)

Wie kann ich Apache dazu bewegen auch 401er auf xyz.de umzuleiten ?
