Andauernd 60% CPU-Last

Moin,
ich hab wenn ausschliesslich Windows am laufen ist bereits 60% CPU-Last (laut Systemmonitor oder meinem iegenen Prog) und weiss nicht woran das liegen könnte. Ich hoffe jemand hat ne Idee.

Mein System:

• PII 400 MHz
• 320MB SD-Ram
• 24GB Festplatte (DMA)
• Windows ME
• 768MB Auslagerung

Folgende Prozesse sind am laufen:
