formular rücksetzen

hi, da ich mich mit javascript so gut wie gar net auskenne hier mal ne simple frage:

WARUM FUNKTIONIERT DAS NICHT ;-)

Das formular allein funktioniert, aber ich komme mit dem java nicht zurecht.
