/LINUX: Was tun gegen falsche Uhrzeit?

Aber greift denn PHP auf die Systemzeit zu und nicht auf die lokale? Also muss man die Systemzeit auf die Lokale stellen, wenn in PHP standardmäßig die lokale Zeit in date() und time() haben will?

Dann üben wir mal Doku zu lesen:
time() - "current time measured in the number of seconds since the Unix Epoch (January 1 1970 00:00:00 GMT)"
date() - "using the given integer timestamp or the current local time if no timestamp is given"

Kann man in PHP nicht die Standardzeitzone verändern? Ich dachte mit setlocale() aber das geht nicht.

setlocale() - "specifying the category of the functions affected by the locale setting: LC_ALL for all of the below [...]  LC_TIME for date and time formatting with strftime()"
