Per CSS kann ich zwar position:fixed festlegen, aber der IE scheint dies nicht zu beachten.
Weil der IE ein dummer Standardverachter ist. Deshalb benötigst du Workarounds mit JavaScript http://selfsuche.teamone.de mal im Archiv.
