top.location.href=this.form.list.options[this.form.list.selectedIndex].value
die url wird top.location.href zugewiesen - da musst du eben das Frame hinschreiben, dem du die url zuweisen willst - und wie man auf Frames zugreift steht hier: http://selfhtml.teamone.de/javascript/objekte/frames.htm#allgemeines.
