Die Mail wurde also angeblich über das Webmailinterface IMP geschrieben, aber der Absender soll eine Multicast-Addresse sein, die laut RFC 3171 noch nicht mal vergeben ist?

Du meinst wegen "224/8   Sep 81   IANA - Multicast" bei iana.org?
Gleiches gilt wohl auch für die anderen: "226/8   Sep 81   IANA - Multicast", wenn ich davon ausgehe dass das eine IP sein soll - wie das oft gemacht wird.

Wie bist Du aber auf "RFC 317" gekommen wenn ich fragen darf?
