Alternativ waeren noch style-Attribute in <html> und <body> moeglich,
in <body> ja, aber in <html> ist das style-Attribut nicht erlaubt: http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html#edef-HTML - aber das nur so am Rande :-)
