Hi,

Dieses htpasswd.exe benutzt das md5-Verschlüsselungsverfahren.

hast du es ausprobiert, mit md5() unter windows ein korrekt verschlüsseltes passwort zu erstellen?

Meinst Du die PHP-Funktion?

Ich habe nie behauptet, daß diese PHP-Funktion dafür verwendet werden kann.

Es geht um das Verschlüsselungsverfahren md5.

aber für .htaccess hat bei mir NUR diese exe funktioniert.

Und eben diese exe benutzt unter Windows standardmäßig das md5-Verschlüsselungsverfahren.
siehe z.B.:

htpasswd.exe --help
Usage:
        htpasswd [-cmdps] passwordfile username
        htpasswd -b[cmdps] passwordfile username password

htpasswd -n[mdps] username
        htpasswd -nb[mdps] username password
 -c  Create a new file.
 -n  Don't update file; display results on stdout.
 -m  Force MD5 encryption of the password (default).
 -d  Force CRYPT encryption of the password.
 -p  Do not encrypt the password (plaintext).
 -s  Force SHA encryption of the password.
 -b  Use the password from the command line rather than prompting for it.
On Windows, NetWare and TPF systems the '-m' flag is used by default.
On all other systems, the '-p' flag will probably not work.

Beachte dabei die Zeile, die mit -m beginnt.
