Hallo!!
Obwohl ich intensiv nachgeschlagen habe,
fand ich noch keine ganz ausreichende Antwort auf meine Lizenz-Frage.
Und zwar fand ich mal soviel heraus,
dass es mehr als nur eine BSD Lizenz gibt.
Scheinbar gibt es eine originale und einige veraenderte BSD Lizenzen.
Eine von diesen veraenderten BSD Lizenzen scheint mit der GPL
kompatibel zu sein.

Aber das betrifft irgendwie nur eine Modifizierte version,
ich weiß aber nicht genau wohingehend modifiziert.
Jedenfalls gibt es ein Programm namens "serendipity"
(siehe http://www.s9y.org) welches *eine* BSD Lizenz hat
Auf der Webseite von http://www.s9y.org geht ein Link zur
Lizenz weg, und zwar nach http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php
In der Download-Datei ist ebenfalls eine "LICENSE" File enthalten.
