Autostart CD mit Icon erzeugen

Hallo,

auf dem pc von meinem vater funtzt alles mit dem 48x48 Icon.
bei mir nicht. in der liste vom explorer zeigt er nur 1/4 vom icon und rechts im explorer in der miniaturansicht viel zu klein und verpixelt? weiß jemand rat?
